Qi Flows Where The Mind Goes

Building a community of Qi Gong practitioners has been my aspiration for many years.

Mindful movement, and the energy which is created and exchanged during the practice when the mind, body, and breath experience synchronicity offers us the opportunity to reduce physical and emotional discomfort, boost our immune system as we activate our inner healing energy.
