"There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but they must take it because conscience tells them it's right." - Rev Martin Luther King
Whilst we can no longer offer our regular weekly sessions where we gathered and united with our community offering kind attention to self, I would like to invite that during this 'pause' we continue to trust in the teachings and the practice.
I have the sense that although we are apart, together we have formed a gathering of heart, mind and soul which remains connected. We have gained a deeper understanding of mindful awareness which has allowed us to create a life of greater happiness and fulfilment.
As we have deepened our mindfulness journey, consciously choosing to water our positive inner seeds, this process of awareness of self has allowed us to manifest our true destiny and purpose, awakening us to the infinite opportunities and positively beneficial experiences which arise.
Friends, we need to trust that all the hope and the answers we constantly search for, lie within each and every one of us.
I would like to end with these powerfully encouraging words from St Thomas:
"We can't have full knowledge all at once. We must start by believing, then we may be led on to master the evidence for ourselves."
Hands to Heart.
